FAQ

Q: How long will it take before my website is up and running?

A: Often, the completion of a website will depend on our clients specific needs. If for example you have a deadline which must be reached, we will do everything in our power to make sure your site is operational by that date. It is important to remember however that in order to build your website efficiently we will need your help. Generally, the most common delay in website production actually comes from the clients end, as we will need to be given the correct content (images etc.) in order to proceed quickly. Providing that you have the time to help us make things happen, we can have your business online in around one to two weeks following your first consultation.

Q: Will we need to meet face to face regarding website design/content etc.?

A: In most cases, a traditional meeting between our design team and our client is unnecessary as any communication can be achieved via the telephone or by email. Our website concepts are placed online in a secure area which can only be accessed by you and our staff. Then communications can begin as to how those concepts can be developed until satisfactory. This is the general way in which we like to operate however, we do have meeting rooms available if that would be more to your liking.

If for example your website is consistent of only a few pages, and you wish to make changes to it only rarely, then it might be more effective to simply ask our team to make the changes themselves. If, on the other hand, yours is a much larger website, requiring frequent changes and constant upgrades, it might be better if you learn to take care of this maintenance yourself with help from our extensive collection of online tutorials. Of course if you’d rather leave that type of thing to the experts, we will be happy to make changes to any of our sites, no matter the size.
